Who we are
Lilly Carpet Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”) is a cleaning company with offices at One Oasis Condominium, Ortigas Ave Ext., Pasig 1608, Metro Manila, and Vista Montana Subdivision, Cubacub St, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014, Philippines. We decide how the personal information described here is used. This page explains what we collect through our website, https://lccs.com.ph/, and through the tools we use to run our own advertising, and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Quote form. Your full name, phone number, email address (optional), city, the service you need and your message. Your request is emailed to our Manila office, or to our Cebu office when you choose Metro Cebu. A short record of each request (the office it went to, your name, phone, email and the service) is also written to the website’s server log, so that a request is not lost if an email fails to send.
- Spam protection. The form uses your IP address, in a one-way coded form kept for one hour, to limit repeated submissions.
- Live chat. The chat window on our site is provided by Chatway. Our staff receive the messages and any details you type there.
- Phone, Viber and WhatsApp. When you call or message us, we see your number and the messages you send. These conversations go through the phone network and the Viber and WhatsApp apps, under those services’ own terms.
How we use it, and why we may
We use this information to answer your quote request or question, arrange and carry out the cleaning work, follow up on a job, and protect our quote form from spam.
We rely on your consent when you send us a request or message, on the steps you ask us to take before and during a cleaning job, and on our legitimate interest in keeping our site secure and measuring our advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics, through the MonsterInsights plugin and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site.
It also uses Google Ads conversion measurement. When you reach our site from one of our Google ads, cookies and identifiers record whether you then send a quote request or tap to call us, or to message us on Viber or WhatsApp, so we can see which ads lead to enquiries. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Chatway chat use cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, although the chat may not.
Google Ads data in our own tools
We use our own internal tool, connected through the Google Ads API, to manage our company’s Google Ads account. It runs on our own computer, is signed in once with our company’s Google account, and can reach only our own Google Ads account.
- What it accesses. Our campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, conversion settings and performance reports. It changes them only when we approve each change.
- How we use it. To review and improve our own advertising, and for nothing else. An AI assistant working for us may help us analyse it.
- How we store it. Reports are kept in our own business records. The sign-in token stays on our own computer.
- Who we share it with. No one. We do not sell this data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove the tool’s access at any time from the Google Account’s security settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and communications (our web hosting provider; Google, for email, analytics and advertising; and Chatway, for live chat) and when the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside the Philippines. We use them only for the purposes on this page.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our business and legal records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only staff who need the information can see it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to correct it, to object to its use, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
